• Recreational Shooter

  • Includes: Ability to shoot at the RSA Skeet and Trap Field.

    • Monitoring Fee: $25
  • Includes: Abilty to fish.

Note: Dependents range from ages 16 to 22 to be eligible to declare that status. 

ALL HUNTERS ARE REQUIRED TO READ AND BE FAMILIAR WITH THE 200-3 (HUNTING POLICY)

The following are personnel allowed to hunt on Redstone- Active Duty military, Retired AD, National Guard, and Reserves, Government Civilians and their dependents. NASA civilians and their dependents, Gold Star Families, Disabled Veterans with Veterans Health ID card. Purple Heart Recipients, Former prisoners of War. Contractors who work full-time at Redstone (contractor form signed by C.O.R.) Some restrictions may apply. 

All firearms must be registered through the Department of Emergency Services on Grey Road. Bows are excluded but must be announced at the gate upon arrival. 

iSportsman Account Requirements:

1. Alabama State Hunting License/ if over 65 state ID.

2. Any Hunters Education Certificate

3. View the Hunting Orientation. (Viewable Online)

4. Firearm registration from DES. (Here)

5. Contractor form (if applicable)

All persons hunting on RSA must have completed an approved hunter education course, No one is ‘grandfathered in.’
