Limitations for the 2025 Spring Turkey Season:
Redstone Arsenal Hunters: Each permitted member of this program is limited to one bird until surveys are conducted or we reach harvest limits we deem unsustainable for the health of our turkey population. Results of the survey will be posted on Friday 4/18/25. If we find the turkey population numbers acceptable, we will release more birds on 4/19/25 until we reach the acceptable harvest cutoff numbers.
The new and updated back of dashplacards. If you have not recieved an old dashplacard. This is the newest version. If you are not able to checkin to an area then it is not avaliable to that type of hunting. Please also pay attention to MEVA areas.

All children under the age of 16: PER THE STATE: Hunter education is offered as early as 10 years of age but is not required until license buying age of 16. If your child does not need a hunting permit and is under the age of 16, hunters are required to notate on your dashplacard the childs name and age on the depenedents spot. (Youth will not need an account, only those over the age of 16 must have an account) anyone under the age of 16 may be considered youth.
